Awe-Inspiring You Christian Coaching, founded by Lashay White, is a faith-centered coaching experience designed to help individuals heal from heartbreak, disappointment, rejection, relationship struggles, and life’s difficult seasons while deepening their relationship with God. Lashay believes that healing is not simply about moving on from what hurt you, it is about allowing God to use the experience to transform you, strengthen your faith, renew your mind, and lead you into a purposeful future.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Lashay brings an educational foundation in communication, people, relationships, leadership, and personal development to her coaching approach. But beyond her academic accomplishments, her greatest qualification is her personal journey with God. Lashay has experienced heartbreak and difficult seasons herself, yet she is still standing, still believing, and still moving forward with purpose. Her journey has taught her the importance of trusting God when life doesn't make sense, surrendering what cannot be controlled, and choosing to live purposefully, expectantly, and intentionally while cultivating an eternal relationship with Christ.

Through Awe-Inspiring You, Lashay creates a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can process what they've experienced, gain clarity, identify unhealthy patterns, renew their thinking through biblical truth, and take practical steps toward healing and personal growth. Her desire is not simply to help you get over what happened, but to encourage you to discover who you are becoming through it. Your heartbreak may be part of your story, but it does not have to be the end of your story. With God, healing can become the beginning of something greater.
