“The Lord is close to those who have suffered disappointment. He saves those who are discouraged.”
Affirmation:
God is close to me in my pain. I am not abandoned, forgotten, or alone. He is healing my discouraged heart.
“Come to me, all of you who are tired and have heavy loads, and I will give you rest.”
Affirmation:
I release my heartbreak, anxiety, and emotional burdens to God. His presence gives my heart rest and peace.
“He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.”
Affirmation:
God is healing every broken place inside of me. My wounds will not define my future.
“So don’t worry, because I am with you. Don’t be afraid, because I am your God. I will make you strong and will help you.”
Affirmation:
God is strengthening me emotionally and spiritually. I do not have to fear this season because He is with me.
“Don’t worry about anything, but pray and ask God for everything you need… Then God’s peace will keep your hearts and minds safe in Christ Jesus.”
Affirmation:
God’s peace is protecting my heart and mind. I choose prayer over worry and peace over fear.
“I say this because I know the plans that I have for you… plans for peace, not for disaster, plans to give you a future filled with hope.”
Affirmation:
My future is still full of hope, purpose, and peace. God’s plans for my life are greater than my disappointment.
“We know that in everything God works for the good of those who love Him.”
Affirmation:
Even this heartbreak will be used for my growth, healing, and purpose. God is working things together for my good.
“Trust the Lord completely, and don’t depend on your own knowledge.”
Affirmation:
I trust God even when I do not understand everything that happened. He is guiding my life with wisdom and love.
“The Lord’s love never ends; His mercies never stop. They are new every morning.”
Affirmation:
Every new day is another opportunity for healing, peace, and restoration in my life.
“Forget what happened before, and do not think about the past. Look at the new thing I am going to do.”
Affirmation:
I release the past and make room for the new things God wants to do in my life.
“My grace is enough for you. When you are weak, my power is made perfect in you.”
Affirmation:
God’s grace is carrying me through this difficult season. His strength is sustaining me daily.

Affirmation:
I trust God’s timing for my healing, future, and relationships. What is meant for me will come at the right time.
“God made us what we are.”
Affirmation:
I am valuable, purposeful, and intentionally created by God. My identity is secure in Him.
“I praise You because You made me in such a wonderful way.”
Affirmation:
I am wonderfully made by God. I do not need rejection to determine my worth.
“But Christ died for us while we were still sinners, and in that way God showed how much He loves us.”
Affirmation:
I am deeply loved by God. His love for me is unconditional and unchanging.
“We must not get tired of doing good.”
Affirmation:
I will not give up on healing, growing, and becoming who God created me to be.
“I leave you peace. It is my own peace I give you.”
Affirmation:
God’s peace fills my heart. I do not have to live controlled by heartbreak or fear.
“Maybe my mind and body will become weak, but God is my source of strength.”
Affirmation:
Even when I feel emotionally weak, God is strengthening my heart and renewing my spirit.
